A pleasant experience. The owner Renaud is very professional and helpful. His installers were both courteous and prompt. They cleaned up when the installation was done and did a fantastic job. We are very pleased with our new larger door and highly recommend this company.

Renaud is a dream to work with! I have referred him to all of my friends & neighbours that are looking to have windows/doors replaced. I have now used westend twice in two different homes and both times it was because they had the best prices and the work was done exactly as promised. I actually had a ding in the flashing that was placed under my new door from someone kicking snow off their boots, I called Westend and they were there same week to fix it - 2 years later!! We used West End Windows and Doors this past summer to have a new door/frontage and side window installed (through a brick wall). The sales process was extremely smooth, and installation, for both the door and the window, was completed in one day. The two-man crew worked tirelessly in 40C and did a real professional job. We are extremely pleased with the work and intend to use the company again in the future. I highly recommend.

Westend Windows and Doors replaced our front door and installed a brand new window. They worked carefully and quickly. In fact, all the work was done in a single day, including the added task of putting a hole through our brick wall to create a space for the new window. They cleaned the work space as soon as they were finished. Despite the fact that our house was built in the 1940s, the new window looks seamless. There were ample doors to choose from and we had no trouble finding something to suit our space. We are very impressed with the new look of our front entryway and have received many compliments from neighbours. We definitely recommend this company.
