Very satisfied with out new backdoor! Service was excellent, Kendall was kind, professional and attentive to our needs. He got us exactly what we wanted, and gave us many options to schedule an appointment. The installers were available on a holiday, and came. The job got done perfectly in a timely manner. Everyone was professional, they cleaned up very nicely afterwards and installed it perfectly. So pleased with out new backdoor, its slides so effortlessly!

We would totally recommend this company with our whole hearts. We had our front door and side door replaced, as well as our storm doors. Although it seems simple enough, we were very glad to have Michael’s expertise guiding us along. There is so much that goes into choosing what will work for you and your house. The patience and knowledge he gave to us were greatly appreciated. We felt at ease asking questions and taking our time making the right decisions. We must give a shout-out to Alexander and Abdul, who installed our main doors. They worked so hard and were both professional and approachable. The ease with which they worked together and their positive mood made us feel completely at ease. Michael also came back when our storm doors needed tweaking, again working hard but with an ease that made us comfortable. From start to finish, my experience with West End Windows and Doors was amazing! After hearing glowing feedback from a neighbor who had them install a front door, I decided to reach out— and I’m so glad I did. Right from the beginning, the team was professional and easy to work with. They presented several options without any pressure to upsell. I was given the time I needed to make the right decision for my home. Once I moved forward, the process was smooth and efficient. Measurements were taken promptly, and the timeline I was given — about four weeks — was met exactly as promised. The installation team were truly fantastic! Their attention to detail was exceptional! It was clear they took pride in their work. They didn’t rush the job and made sure everything was done perfectly before leaving. They even replaced the trim around the door on the inside! The crew did an excellent job of replacing my windows. I was very pleased with their attention to setting aside any items that could be damaged. They were very tidy and did the fine work of touch up paint to trim work that was removed and replaced. I highly recommend the excellent work.

I'm happy I did my due diligence and included west end as part of the companies I got quotes from. On the day of quotation, they were efficient and professional, and did not waste any of our times - they did not try to oversell their products. Their pricing ended up being the most competitive. Installation was on time and went very well. The windows appear to be of high quality. I communicated with Kendall via email throughout the process and always received answers within a timely manner. In summary, we are very happy with the entire process and hope to have our next projects completed with them.

We had such a great experience with Westend Windows and Doors! Always prompt and friendly communications. They provided a couple of quote options for us to choose from. They made the whole process so easy. The installation was amazing! They take care of all the finishing touches. The installers were polite, clean and did an amazing job. Would definitely recommend.

Westend replaced entry doors and a patio door for us and everyone we dealt with from initial quote to final installation was helpful and professional. All of the work was done on time and as quoted, including some additional work to replace damage caused by one of the older doors. The installation was quick without any messing around or surprises and they left the space cleaner that they found it, inside and out. The whole process and end result was flawless.

We had a small window replaced with a much larger window. The excellent results make the new window look like it was part of the original build, inside and out.

From sales to install and even post install the experience has been amazing. The entire team has been more than accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. They were the best from a price stand point but also worked on giving me more options to bring the price point down even further. Evgueni and his team are amazing and can't say enough good things about the entire experience for my windows and door.
