We had a large job of 8 new window replacements. 6 of the 8 windows were quite large, around the whole house. The company showed up for the work with very hard-working and skilled installers. It took 3 days to complete the work - from removal, to installation and completion of flashing and capping around the new window frames. The workers were extremely diligent, professional and polite always. The manager Evgueni showed up daily on-site to ensure the work was progressing well. The prices quoted are very fair, and they are a local company which we found helpful. From a service perspective, they get a top-notch rating for reliability and dependability and quality work. The products / windows they use, which are custom manufactured after measurement, are by KW Windows. These products are excellent, highly energy efficient, practical and have a wonderful look. If you’re looking at new windows, take a closer look at West End. They really delivered in all positive respects possible. The installers were very thorough in their work, the wait time was reasonable — about 5 weeks from order date, and the window work is incredible. I asked them to maintain the Bolus part of the frame which requires more skill and effort. This was done very well. The manager, Evgueni, was again very reliable in managing the whole process. The $ price was very fair. This company should be checked out on a windows quote. They really hit the mark !

Had a fantastic experience with West End Windows and Doors. Have a new house, but unfortunately the builder screwed up the patio door and one of the windows. The sales person was extremely knowledgeable, professional and overall provided amazing service along with a very competitive quote. Installation team arrived on time, did a great a job, was very efficient and delivered great results. The product installed is at a completely different level from what we had before, its now even quieter inside our kitchen, the door and window are smooth in operation and the patio door comes with a little leg operated lock as a cherry on top :)

I had a bit of trouble deciding how to replace my 50 year old patio door. Evgueni was very patient with me. Last week their team of 5 guys did a phenomenal job of installing my new door.They worked together like clockwork to get the new one in, take away the debris, Do a bit of patching, trim the window and even clean it. Its not often that you buy something and feel that you got a super deal but I sure did!! Thanks for the great work

A good experience from beginning to end. Not only was the price more than competitive, the attention to detail, from first measurement, right through to caulking the installed products, it was all performed very very well. I was nervous the exterior stucco may get damaged during the window replacement…the team assured me all would be good and, guess what? All was good. They will be getting my business in the future and I will recommend them to friends and family too. You should definitely call them for your window and door needs.

Had a fantastic experience with Westend Windows and Doors. I was looking to make improvements to our house through thr Greener Homes Loan, and had Evgueni come and quote some Windows and Doors. He did a few variations based on our changing scope and was always quick, helpful and pleasant (even after the 4th time lol). We ordered mid February and installed beginning of June. Custom front door, custom patio door, large 10x6' window, and some basement casement Windows. The crew showed up on schedule and worked through to finish the whole job in a day. They even added new trim inside as well. We were impressed. The pricing was super competitive and I would happily recommend. No incentive for this review, I was just impressed.

Having decided to install new windows and a new front door we looked for a firm which would give satisfactory results. We had previously had a bay window installed where everything seemed to go wrong. We didn’t want to repeat the experience. We searched the internet for local suppliers and selected two local firms asking them to provide quotes. The reviews for West End Windows impressed us so selected them as one of two firms. The salesperson from West End , Evgueni, was very polite and quickly measured up the windows and door. West End’s quote was lower than their competition. Initially we thought that this was because they were offering an inferior product. We arranged to view products of both companies. We met Evqueni who showed us the products they used. They did not, however, have a door of the design we had seen elsewhere he said they would custom build one for us. We expected the price to increase beyond our means but the cost was still very reasonable. We provided a list of questions we wanted answered prior to placing our order and all the answers met our requirements. The order was produced within the time stated by West End Windows. The installers arrived on time and were quick and efficient with the installation, which ended up taking just one day rather than two days we had expected. We periodically checked progress during the day and every assistance was provided by the five installers who worked in an orderly manner, cleaning up as they went. All questions were answered, and all the crew were very polite and helpful. We were delighted with both the product and the workmanship and helpful attitude of all the workers. Our hopes and expectations were more than met. The finish to the work was excellent and the front door has transformed our home. We would recommend West End Windows to anyone who is looking for a superior product and workmanship, and an experience free from any trauma, giving good value for money. Westend replaced our aging back patio sliding door. From both sales and the install crew, everyone was on-time and professional. They cleaned up the site well after, and the door works so much better than the old one!

Evgueni was very professional and very kind. We ran into a small issue but Evgueni did his best to help us overcome it. They delivered on time and did everything they promised they will do. Communication was very easy . I would definitely use them again as an interior designer, and would refer them to my clients.

This company is excellent. This a 5 star review. They sold/installed glass patio sliding doors. Service was always prompt, courteous and as agreed upon. The price was very reasonable. More businesses should operate like West End Windows. From the initial quote, to measurements, to installation, and follow-up - this company did an amazing job. Communication was always clear and responsive, and the guys who installed the windows were very respectful and did a great job cleaning up our space afterwards. A couple months after installation, we are thrilled with our windows and doors. We would definitely recommend this company to family and friends. Had all my windows replaced by Evgueni and his crew. I'm very satisfied with the result and the price was very competitive.

Update: A little warning for those who are thinking of getting mini blinds(i.e. blind inside the glass) - door manufacturers add some coating on the inside of the glass to protect the mini blinds from sunlight. This coating gives the glass hazy look under direct sunlight. This doesn't look very nice in my opinion. So there is a trade off to be made here. If I had to do it all over again I would not get the mini blinds. Also adding the mini blind feature limits the max glass size to 22 in. Another reason to skip them if you need a bigger glass. Got a custom, super wide, door installed from westend. Evgueni (sales) pleasant to deal with and very responsive. Installers great attention to detail and work together great. On top of all that price is very good compared to competitors. Wish I could attach the before and after for my door. Big change to my place.
