Westend Windows and Doors just installed a replacement patio door. Everything from the price, communications, installation and final result was beyond satisfactory. I had shopped around looking at product quality, reputation and price. Westend ticked all the right boxes.

We're very happy with our new front door! Evgueni and his team did a fantastic job. It was very quick from getting the quote to installation. They were reasonably priced and willing to match any other quotes that we got. They also installed a new doorbell at the same time and took care to make sure that everything was clean and tidy when they left.

We were very impressed with the service and quality of installation at West End Windows and Doors! We requested quotes from five different companies and West End stood out immediately based on the quality of their product (all vinyl, whereas others have vinyl exterior with wood interior) and Evgueni’s knowledge and professionalism. Evgueni was the least “salesman-y” of all the salesmen - he is very professional, friendly and always able and willing to answer any and every question. He provided us with a detailed quote and there were no surprises. We replaced a total of eight windows in our house, including one window that was made bigger by cutting the exterior brick and interior wall of the house. Evgueni’s team was well equipped and qualified to do all this work. The company does not outsource any of their staff - the installers are very experienced, friendly and professional. We would definitely recommend West End!

From quote to installation I rate this company 5 stars. I contacted several companies mid July regarding an entry door. This is the only company that provided both a reasonable time frame and price. One of the other companies didn’t even come out do an an estimate but told me over the phone it would be 6 months before installation. The door arrived right on schedule as promised and was installed within 2 business days of letting me know it was ready. The installers arrived right on time as indicated and were quick and efficient completing the job. Each I contacted the company, Evgueni was very timely in responding both via email and telephone.
