There are lots of window installation companies. I collected quotes from most of the window installers in Nepean. I went with Westend. Their pricing was competitive given the higher performance statistics for the windows. With windows, installation matters a lot. The team was professional, fast and clean.

After 39 years working and overseeing contract work. I decided to hang up my tool belt and contract out our front door install to West end windows and doors. This company was one of three quotes I had received. Pricing, product quality and warranty beat out the others. The door was installed before expected and the overall workmanship provided by our 2 installers, Jason and Alec was among the best I’ve ever seen. These guys really care about detail. Brick mound, caulking, inside trim are all flawless. Working with this company from beginning to end was quick efficient, and just a nice bunch of people to work with. Thanks guys. This company is simply amazing. Workmanship and products are unmatchable, windows and doors guaranteed for life. Our installer Jason and his helper Peter were very professional and very clean, they swept up the whole work area before leaving and waited for us to inspect the work before they even left for the day. Very impressive company, we got five different quotes from companies but nobody came close to the prices. Windows and doors are perfect. You won’t be disapointed with this company.

Very impressed with Westend Windows & Doors. I had concerns with our sliding patio door and asked them for a quote to replace it. They were very quick to respond to my request and arranged for a free onsite assessment. They arrived exactly at the time they said they would. Misha was great, he inspected our sliding patio door and didn’t try to upsell us on a new door. He explained that the current door was in good condition and only needed a few replacement parts and adjustments. He even explained how we could do the work. Later that day Misha even followed up by email with links to where we could buy the replacement parts and some recommendations of people who could perform the repair work. Truly above and beyond our expectations and we will definitely keep Westend Windows & Doors on our contractor list if/when we look to do any future window/door replacements.

Excellent experience with Westend Windows and Doors. We had some old basement windows replaced recently, and the communication with Evgueni was great. He came out quickly to measure and order the windows, and his crew installed them about a month later. They were hard working and showed great skill and professionalism, and the pricing was very competitive. We have decided to use Westend Windows for another project (front door replacement), and will definitely use this company again in the future, and recommend them to friends and family.
