Westend replaced entry doors and a patio door for us and everyone we dealt with from initial quote to final installation was helpful and professional. I replaced a single casement window. They were 20% below the nearest other quote. The window was ready early (about 5 weeks, maybe because it was a small job). The installation was quick without any messing around or surprises and they left the space cleaner that they found it, inside and out. The whole process and end result was flawless.

We had a small window replaced with a much larger window. The excellent results make the new window look like it was part of the original build, inside and out.

From sales to install and even post install the experience has been amazing. The entire team has been more than accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. They were the best from a price stand point but also worked on giving me more options to bring the price point down even further.
