Exceptional quality, service and pricing! Had a wall of windows and patio door replaced and the end result is perfect. Very fast installation.

I recently had a large window replaced by West End Windows & Doors. The quality and workmanship was excellent and the team members were detail-oriented, intent on ensuring the installation was completed to my satisfaction. They removed and reinstalled window coverings that other companies refused to touch. Highly recommended.

We are very happy and completely satisfied with our new custom made front entry door installed by the excellent installers at West End Windows and Doors. West End pricing was very competitive and customer service exceptional as no questions were left unanswered. The entry door was delivered and installed on time as promised. We would recommend this company to others.

We had West End replace 8 large windows in our century home and were very pleased with the whole process right from the initial showroom visit to get an idea of the available products, through the in-home measure to confirm what we needed to order, to the final installation process. I was being very picky with aesthetics due to integration with our home that has old trim and an original exterior - and Michael was able to help us through that, with extreme attention to details even I hadn't noticed - something I really appreciated in comparison to the other companies we had quote who just said "there's no option, this is how it's done". The sales process was very comfortable - no pressure, and we got a few quotes of different options prepared by West End and dithered about colours for a month - which they dealt with very patiently, never pushing us to buy with them. Day of installation was also super impressive, a massive team headed up by Alex showed up and they worked hard all day to get all the windows installed same day. They were happy to answer any questions I had as they worked, showed me how the frames and inside of my walls were looking, gave me detailed design choices on the spot like the depth at which I wanted the new windows installed and what design I preferred for the flashing on the Bay windows. I was even able to request some extra insulation be stuffed in around the window frame where a gap had been exposed by the original rotting wood - which they happily helped with. The installation team was able to save our original trim, and matched up the new jamb extensions and sill fillers perfectly, so all we need to do now is a quick sand, prime and paint to make it look perfect! All-in-all great experience at a very reasonable price (we went with the cheapest KV window line they offer, and they still look fantastic) - and the best part is the price quoted from the start is what we paid at the end. No surprise extras when we firmed up the quote or during installation despite us having a fairly complex overhang for the workers to navigate on the 3rd floor as well as specific requests for the exterior flashing. Would 100% recommend! The best part is we've already noticed the difference in that our house is now warm all night and the furnace isn't kicking on anymore!

The job was well-done, and the workers communicated very well. From the estimate to the scheduling to the installation, everything went very smoothly. They even took pictures of the inside of the wall to show me how the insulation was before, and how they replaced it. Great work!

Job was fast and clean, all windows and front door of the house and garage flashing, all done in one day, reasonably priced. Communication with them was fantastic too. Both with the office and workers at site. Overall, very happy.

Job well done on the doors. They were professionally installed.

We had our front door replaced and had recieved quotes from multiple vendors who tried to sell us based on their needs (steel vs fiber glass) and not ours. West End Windows were honest about the pros and cons for each. Their installation crew were excellent, informative and very professional. I would highly recommend West End Windows for your door and window needs.

Alex, Mohammad, and Garnet did a great job installing our basement windows and the siding Alex installed below the bay window looks amazing! Thanks again to all!

I highly recommend the Westend Windows and Doors. We had very positive experience every step of the process starting with knowledgable and flexible sales Representative. Alexander was great! We also appreciated theot patience educating us and clarifying all aspects of order. The crew that came was professional , polite and accommodating. Alexander was helpful in resolving a minor miscommunication that we had with the office and went above and beyond. We also want to thank Andrey for taking a lot of effort to ensure that the job was done just right. Thank you and we look forward to living with our new windows and will not hesitate to hire this company again.

We reached out to West End window for a repair of our front door and work on two windows. In the end we decided to replace them and we are very happy with the result. At the beginning of the project, they were very good at answering our questions and advising on the different types of windows and what would be best for our project. They came prepared, completed all the installations in one day and did a good clean up afterward. The result is really nice and we’re particularly happy with our front door, with a well done paint customization (they left a small container of the paint for touch ups) and a window that opens to create a cross breeze.

Great buying experience. Quote process was simple, they came back and measured again after we were confirmed and installation was efficient professional and they cleaned everything up afterwards. Plus the windows look great. Highly recommend.

These guys are super helpful and informative! Thanks guys!

I highly recommend West End Windows. They were communicative, prompt and professional. Very happy with my brand new basement windows.

We recently had West End Windows and doors replace the majority of the windows in our home. We were very happy with all aspects of the process, what really impressed us was the extra effort made to measure and find the largest possible windows that would work for our home. Their extra visits to double and triple check measurements allowed us to put egress windows in the basement which was amazing because we always thought we would have to excavate and extend the opening for that to be the case. The install was set up relatively quickly, and done over the course of one day. Very happy and would recommend to others.

They installed my patio door last week and I am very happy of their work. The door has been well installed with the new trims. A special shout-out to Mohammad, the installer. I was not there during the installation and they found the wood frame underneath was all eaten by carpenter ants. He called me an informed me of the situation and vacuumed all the ants. Really appreciated of the nice work and service they have done! Nice experience as a whole!

I’m very impressed by west end windows and doors, I had ten patio doors and two windows replaced in my water property home in Manotick Ontario.after shopping around for over a month because there are so many window and door companies and doing repetitive comparisons between ten different companies I found west end to be the best priced and really good quality product for the price offered, they also had modern design built- in foot locks and more appropriate slip low profile modern door handles compared to to the huge ugly half crescent door handles that everyone else offered, their 25 year warranty is also a comfort. In addition I liked the fact that they are manufactured in Canada. Euvgeny the owner gave me an exact date and they came exactly on that date no delays no excuses, three vans, an experienced team that had the whole project done in two days, they installed the doors and something unexpected is the inside and outside step plates which finish the doors beautifully, they guide water away from the doors and preserve the wood on the balconies, they cleaned up nicely, put new mouldings everywhere and left the place nice and clean The house is far better insulated now and the A/C doesn’t struggle to keep the house cool as it did with the old doors and windows. They definitely deserve a five star rating GS
